I'm committed to a fun ride Sunday with my trials club - I wish I had looked at the D6 schedule sooner. I'm planning to try to hit a couple of D6 events this year but I'm going to do MAVT primarily again. I really enjoy the atmosphere of the club.

The first MAVT event is 4/15 @ Candytown and then the following weekend @ Ijamsville/Monrovia.

Had a great day today.
I had 4 guys that have never competed in a trials all agree to ride today so I spent the day chasing them around playing coach
Of the 4, 2 went home with awards (1st and 3rd).
They had over a dozen guys in the class that have been riding for a while so a 1st and 3rd first time out was a big deal for me

They all attended the trials school with me last summer.
I will have to give all the credit to spending 2 days with Ryan Young offering up riding tips.
Had so much fun last year that they all signed up again for this year.

Trials school is July 21-22.
I had to go back and look at the flyer to be sure.
The Ijamsville trials is in a couple weeks but that is the same w/e that we are doing the DAMN Hatfield trip.
I still owe Dan a work day I promised, perhaps we can hook up and talk Colorado then.

I think Bill might be mixing up some dates.
The Ijamsville trials is in a couple weeks (same w/e as the Hatfield trip).

yeah, my keyboard didn't keep up with my brain! Ijamsville in 2 weekends. Great event if you have never gone to it. Good property and a great course. Food and easy for spectators to get around to the sections.
