I'm going to get a permit for 13. Scanning google earth around St. Clair, it looks like trails forever. I would also like to try some hill climbing at Trevorton. Anybody in?

Unless you know you will ride there 4-5 times during the year, you could spend that same money to support a couple locations like Cove / Mountain Ridge / Rock Run.
If you want to do a ride in that general area I have friends up that direction with endless riding and safe parking.
