Newbie Trials Day

Post by motojunky » Mon Feb 25, 2013 1:29 pm

We did a "newbie trials day" at our DE club riding area yesterday. We had two brand new riders (first time on a trials bike), three riders with very little riding time and two of us acting as "experienced riders" to provide suggestions, demo techniques, etc. DAMN Rider badguy brought his Beta out to play along.

I had a blast, and I think everyone else did too. Early feedback suggests that the two brand new riders (they were on borrowed bikes) are strongly considering purchasing trials bikes of their own.

Great stuff
A few of the northern clan was doing the same yesterday, I think I have a MX guy on the look for a trials bike now.
Your riding conditions look much better than ours (frost and frozen logs).
If you don't mind posting up a little in advance I could round up a trailer load of trials guys and head south (if you don't mind the extra company).
