I believe he talked to the county and realized he needed to shut it down. He killed the facebook and update the riderplanet page to say he's not open (http://www.riderplanet-usa.com/atv/trai ... e_64ac.htm).

Yup, county was gonna make it so hard, it wasn't worth it. You may own your property, but the county/state still controls what the hell you can do. :dirtdog:

I think you never own it, just rent it from the county and state.
