Unfortunately, I'm going to miss it too. Work schedule is killing me - I'm going to miss the next 3 events.

Sent my last reply without noticing the "have you been" question.

I've been to Charlie's event (Jersey Shore) I think 3 times. It's a fun event and usually a little on the easy side (except for that year with torrential rain). Facilities are spartan, but we're guys riding motorcycles, so who cares? :pyndn: It's a good event to show up the afternoon before, get a little play riding in and then camp out for the night.

Given where you guys are in the addiction/learning curve, I think you'll find it worth your trip. Have fun!

That's a bummer MotoJunky. I hate it when work gets in the way of fun!

Jersey Shore is usually a fun trials, but I won't be able to make it this weekend.

Thanks to everyone that showed up, we had 72 riders, plus some spectators that braved the rain/drizzle! Of the 72 riders, 16 were new MAVT members.

It was an enjoyable trials and my first MATV event. I was quite surprised by the number of riders that showed up to ride in the rain.

Glad you enjoyed it! We were very surprised with the turnout too, the trials for the last month or so weren't that well attended. What bike were you riding? (I usually identify people by the bikes they're on. :lol2: ) I was the old guy checking section 2.
