Im getting there ribs are fine my wrist still hurts with certain movements and no strength in my hand but its getting better every week. I had a lot of nerve and tendon damage beside the bonesBork wrote:This means your healed 100% ?

Either or works for me. We did Greenridge last year, we can do Mt Ridge for 2014.

MR is trials bike friendly and if anyone is interested I can put the hack back on it.
