Excellent condition. Very clean througout and well maintained. Couch folds out to a spring bed, Dinette also folds out. Queen Bed. Sleeps at least 6.

On a related note, it seems to me that a toy hauler could be a lot cheaper if they weren't designed to hold cars and other things that weigh over 300#.
