DAMN Riders - No rules, Just ride!

Trying to thin the herd. I like this bike but I don't love it. It has served me as a faithful highway commuter for almost 7 years. I have taken it on precious few fun rides. Normally when I go out for a ride I'd rather take my DR650. Or I'd rather haul my KTM somewhere to ride offroad.
I don't really need to sell it. But I don't really want to spend the time/money fixing all the little things that it needs either.
I still think its a decent bike, it just needs a little TLC.

Turn signals don't work.
Speedo/trip meter doesn't work. Estimating 55-60K miles.
Heated grips don't work. Grips are worn, especially the left one.
Snapped off key in the gas cap. Ordering an entire new one. Will all be replaced shortly.
Mists a little oil from a seal down near the shifter. Never could tell any real difference when checking/changing oil, so I never bothered fixing it. Has done this since I bought it.
Is missing entire lower fairing and bellypan. I think it looks way better this way.

I do have the stock saddle bags, sorry they aren't in the picture.

The bike has been down during my time with it.

Once in my driveway it fell over on its right side while I was moving it.

Once on the left side. During my own "gymkhana day" parking lot ride. I had done this incredibly tight circle several times already, but I did frag it up once and dropped it. Amazingly I don't think anyone actually saw me.

I've got some parts that would work on this bike, including possibly a speedo/odo and tank/gas cap w/keys (I think I've got the keys somewhere). I parted out my 97 but was left with some things... Free...
