Upgrade (no more rim strips to fuss with).
Pass your bike along.
Upgrade is why this one is for sale, owner played on mine and now wants a 2014.

I need a new rim before I have rim strips to futz with, I have a tube installed now. And I have a strict one bike/year rule that keeps me from opening a used bike shop. Not to mention, I'm a long way from being a long way to my '06's limits.

I wish that's what I meant!

Yup, I need help; I need a job that pays more, has a better leave package, and sends me out of town less. More space would help too.

The older design tubeless rear wheels use a rubber strip that covers the spokes. It fits into a small notch of the rear wheel and if the planets all align it holds air.
The center pull spoke design of the newer tubeless wheels are solid...no spokes come into the rim. Hold air forever.
Montesa started with this design back when the 315 2-strokes came on the market.
I would never buy a new bike now that didn't have that design.

Why is this still here? Such a good deal! Looking around at similar aged bikes, asking prices are closer to $6k. It keeps tugging at my wallet.

Maybe I need to get off my butt and get mine up to selling condition, so I can pick this one up.
