My engineering education is a bit dated, but I calculate 1.9 G to attain 207mph in 5 seconds and 5.7 G to attain 250mph in 2 seconds. I think the Frenchman should put some thought into how he's going to hold on. Maybe try some pullups with 700 pounds of weight on his feet.
