When did that change? I keep playing with the idea of a 200xcw. I have a buddy with a 12 or 13 300xcw, and he didn't mention any problems registering it in VA.

Don't know when and not saying you can't register them at least in some states. BUT the Certificate of Origin from KTM for my 2013 200 XCW said "Notice: This vehicle was not manufactured for use on public streets, roads or highways. Such use is restricted by law."
Pretty sure none of the 2 strokes (of any brand) are EPA certified for road use (only for off-road which is different).
Different states deal with them differently though.

Im still waiting for a direct injection 2stroke that is platable in all states (except California because there is no pleasing them)
