Anyone want to carpool to save some gas $$? I can fit at least one more bike on my trailer, maybe two. I'm ~6 hours out according to Google, so realistically a bit less than that. I'm planning on leaving fairly early on Thursday morning April 16, around 5 or 6 AM so I get there in time for lunch and then a little riding in the afternoon.

It always seems to take us at least an hour LONGER to get there. There are some serious hills and twisty roads to deal with down there that just kill time.

I guess I'll leave at 5 then. I think I'm driving the Volvo whether it's just me or not. For that kind of distance, it's just too uncomfortable to drive anything else I own.

I haven't ridden since Jan 2 when I broke the pinky. I need some seat time since I've only ridden this bike once off-road and it broke me. I think it needs some tweaking too :lol2: I'm off tomorrow so I think I'll putter around my property getting a feel for it again. I've still put 0 miles on my Mountain Hybrid.

Looking forward to this trip a lot.
