Five minutes on stationary bike this a.m. Norcos, ice and colace
The hardest part is always recovery. And it will still be months until we know if this 'fix' actually works.

Lemme tell ya, she is a hard working woman
We have a good sized driveway. I offered to show her how to use our snow blower, self propelled, very nice machine. but nooooo.... She'd rather shovel

I hurt my knee too. Luckily not that bad. Should be no lasting damage.
But I figured this isn't too bad of a time to have to sit around the house. Its not like I'd be out riding anyway.

True, true. It is DAMN cold outside.
At least I get to go see the surgeon on Tuesday for post-op follow up.
