Never heard of it before.
Checked out the link/website. Dont mean to sound negative but wasnt too impressed watching the little video/slideshow. Seems like it caters to 4X4s.
Is there single track?

their site shows bike and says they have a dirt track but they sure don't say much about it. It definitely appears oriented to the 4x4 crowd. Might be a sleeper that isn't well advertised. Go and let us know.

The location and comment about having lots of large equipment makes me think you are dealing with someone on coal reclaim or active coal that likes to make a couple extra bucks on the weekends.
The acres is enough that some decent riding could be had but not worth a 3 1/2 hour drive for me to just check things out.
