Sorry, I misspoke, MC MSO (not title), not an off-road MSO.
In VA, motorcycle on the MSO means instant tags, no fuss, no muss.

Yeah, I wish the japanese would do the street MSOs too. I wonder what the reason is that the europeans do it but not the japanese.

I deleted the last few posts on registering off-road bikes. We don't have a members only section. There are plenty of discussions out there on registering bikes in Maine or Vermont.
