We do the chat thing on another board i am active on.
At first we did a loose time thing from 7pm until 9pm or so, usually after dark, every week day.
After a while we just left it on and even chat over a day or two.

The chat is always on - why not a Thursday chat say 7PM? others can chat whenever they want tho
