1975 Montesa Cota 247T trials motorcycle
- Cota 247 was set up for trials from the factory; the 247T was the street legal version
- matching frame and engine serial numbers 21M18137
- purchased in 2000
- comes with speedometer, headlight, taillight, chain guard, tool box and all parts in picture
- these components were removed as bike was used in trials
- front sprocket reduced from 12 to 10 teeth for trials
- rebuilt during 2000, new sprockets, chain, fork gaiters, fork seals, exhaust connectors and tires
- piston and cylinder removed, cleaned and checked
- engine not disassembled, but seals were replaced
- other parts replaced where needed during rebuild
- seat recovered in 2006
- used for trials 2001-2010, not used since then
- no registration papers
