Thanks for the plug.
Send your locals north..
Eric and Jared are just enduro guys that have a love for the bikes and wrench on anything from Harleys to Quads to keep the bills paid.
Stop back and take a trials bike along home

Some carbon fiber, thrown in as part of the deal:

First impressions...it's like a trials bike on steroids.
Handles like a trails bike, but has wicked power if you give it too much right wrist.
3rd gear seems to work pretty good for slow stuff, 1st and 2nd can result in :roost:

Gonna go work on that first hour break-in a little more :deal:

Hello there my rock loving friends. I'm curious how both freeride and xtrainers have been treating you guys for the last few years? After figuring out how to ride fast rocky trails. I wanna get back to taskers and cove to learn how to handle myself there on slow stuff. What years are best to get? Did they both change in 2017?

I don't think KTM sells a Freeeride anymore? They went to a 350 4t Freeride, But I don't see it available

I liked my Freeeide. Great in tight technical stuff, it let me ride stuff that I couldn't on a bigger bike (cuz I suck). Not so good on faster open sections and in no way DS ride. I never had a problem with it, still had original battery when I passed it on. I had to let it go because I'm cutting back on the enduro type riding and I wasn't riding it.
Used ones are hard to find, but they exist.
Sam and Mike may chip in with more.

You need to tell me more what you hope to have the bike do well?
I owned a X-trainer and have a Freeride. Apples and oranges. You may not want either.
