Ossa TR300I question

Im looking at upgrading the '96 GG 270 to something better. Anybody have any comments on this bike? Im looking at getting a 2014 from a guy. Any reliability issues? Whats a good price?

I've seen them but never ridden one, I like how they routed the pipe off the back of the head. I thought they went out of business recently. If that's indeed the case I'd be finding out what it's going to cost for things like fenders, if they're still available, before I bought a bike that was only made for a short period of time.
