Aluminum Welding?

I may need some welding done on my aluminum frame Tandem MTB.
I THINK I remember a thread on some forum that was talking about a local gal that is a welding expert and teacher, etc. BUT I can't find it or even remember what forum it was on - DUH!!!

Can anyone help and Old Fat Guy with CRS???
