It's honestly borderline small for her but she's a bit skittish so while the boy could grow into his, this will be non intimidating for her and I should be able to sell it for the same or maybe more than I paid for it. Turns out the guy selling it not only is a racer, we used to race in the same organization in California, maybe even overlapping for a year, so after a bunch of reminiscing I asked if he could go down in price and he offered me a price $100 less than I was going to offer him. :-)

Nice. Carlie sat on a 70 at Motorama on saturday and that would have been the way I would have gone as well but in the end she told me she wasn't a motorcycle girl and wanted to stick to her quad.

We can't make Granvilles on the May date and are anxiously awaiting the anouncement of the April date; hopefully it works for you too and maybe seeing Fiona on 2 wheels will inspire Carlie.

Thanks

As an adult, I lived in Vallejo from 2000-2006. It was great, but it was time to move back home to the East Coast.

How about yourself?

Big change from LA to Mayland. I was in San Diego from the early 90's until 2005. My SoCal wife didn't care much for the change! :nono:

My cali wife is the reason I'm here. She loves it. I'm not too upset but I miss the desert and the open terrain.

There might be a place that is more wide open and kinda desert like. Busco beach has soft terrain, clay, but also mud, a great mx track, dirt/Sandy drag strip, and jumps galore. Goldsboro nc.i only dream of going west.

My buddy and I were contemplating a trip to Busco. Worth the trip then? My only concern is that there isn't enough trail mileage to keep us interested, we're not really motox guys because we're scrubs.

Busco is defiantly worth the trip. Great camping. Remember that the right side, as you enter is the family oriented area with speed limits. The left side is the party section, loud all night but a different kind of fun. Alcohol is allowed so beware at night as riding is 24 hour a day. I like riding all night long on side by side but haven't been there on dirt bike yet.

So it's my understanding that Granville is an unimproved road type of riding? I might want to bring my triumph on this ride.ill pencil it in...
