Might try GP Suspensions. They just rebuilt some FJR forks for me and they turn their own compression and rebound valves. They are used to matching springs to setup weight and are some smart puppies. They even dyno their own shocks to make sure they get what they think they are getting. I also purchased my Penske shock from them and they made sure to order it with the proper weight spring for my weight and bike.
Worth a call anyway. Shipping there sucks, but at least they do a good job.

you should look at MRP in Glen Burnie.

They where able to turn my rear shock around in a day.
