Have you guys gotten any kind of confirmation from them? I have a PayPal receipt but nothing from the club...

Well I hope they do open it back up. I started filling out the app but didn’t have my plate number
. When I came back it was full.

Dude...sucks. I did the same thing. But I , had it done in time . I never had to put in a tag number before.
However the number of riders is set by the DCNR. 300 limit.
