Hey, what route are you driving out? Are you coming right thru Emmitsburg? We could meet there as well. (I know a few legal trails nearby on way to Southern Michaux)

MD crew is meeting at Emmitsburg Valero station at 0930. Heading north to meet Bruce around 1100 at the Rutters on RT 30.

Ill be coming from Indian Head, hopping on GW Parkway to 270 to 15 and on up to the Valero gas station. If anyone else going and on that route, would love to tag up for the ride.

We had a nice ride today. (More people need to skip work and come out during the week)

First let me say that Sonny/AAI is a crazy bastard who actually rode his bike up to Emmitsburg. He put down ONE HUNDRED miles of pavement before John and I were unloading our bikes.

Did a few of the easier trails around the property and then hit some twisty backroads on our way up to Michaux. Bruce had to call out and we were on our own for a Michaux Tour Guide. I took a few wrong turns but we found our way around.

At the end of the day, we were back at the Emmitsburg property. John and I decided to end our day with this mini hillclimb.

John got a little offline.

Then on a second run he powered up it!

John rode the day on crappy worn TKC80s. He was spinning his back wheel but he made it
