What did you work on today?

I follow similar threads on various forums and I don't recall seeing one here, so here it is. What did you mess with today?
The toilet in my house was super old and not doing its job and would take 3-4 flushes to get down the stupid pile of tp the woman and child go through every time. They were both gone yesterday so decided replace said toilet.
As soon as I pulled the old one out I could see the floor was sank in. f_ck.
Youtube'd how to fix this mess real quick then got some materials.
Framed out the hole then dropped in some new plywood
Honestly the hardest part of the whole thing was getting the old vinyl flooring up.
Done. The carpet in the hallway is the next household project.
Been working on my International a bit also. Got the massive ford 5.4 out of it and dropped in the Toyota 2JZ. I could not get the steering shaft around that Ford engine plus I had issues with the oil filter, upper radiator inlet, and power steering pump as they were all in the same spot as the steering rack. I could get one of those items fixed but would cause issue with the others. The 2JZ is what I had originally had in my head as the engine for this as the factory IH engine was an inline 6 but being a bit of a Ford guy I wanted to try the 5.4 Plus the IH is a 54 so it worked out in my head haha.
2JZ. I should be able to refit most of the factory firewall now too.
