OSET 20.0 for sale

Post by Bucho » Mon Jan 11, 2021 5:39 pm

I considered keeping this just to screw around with. And/or to let friends/relatives kids play with. But everyone either has kids too old now or they are infants.
I hate to see any bike just sitting. I guess its time to let it go.

Has a sort of “seat” that just velcros on. Works well for what it is. Both my wife and kid usually rode it while sitting down. But it easily comes on and off as needed.

It has cheaper lead acid type batteries. While they still work, it could probably use new ones. I can replace them for you if you’d like. Though stepping up to a lithium battery pack would be cool for a new owner. Stephen on the DAMN site is extremely knowledgable on the subject.

I got it in the spring of 2017. Ill have to dog thru paperwork, cant remember if its a 2017 or 2016

$1400 for a DAMN rider

Listing here first before I go other options.

This summer Im planning to have a kids/family ride at Emmitsburg. Easy mowed grass lawn/fields to ride in. Easy buggy trail, and harder stuff. Kids can ride for a bit then swim/play in the creek.

Well, it's been wrecked already hahahahaha.

The girlfriend got some road rash and a bruise for her efforts. She didn't heed your advice about hitting the kill switch before getting off the bike.

LOL. Just out of frame so she wont be internet famous :)
They have surprising torque. Will put you on your butt in a hurry. I intalled the wrist-tether kill switch on ours (I think it came stock on later versions.)

Edit: Hope she is ok! Don't mean to sound insensitive. We have busted our butts on these so many times I guess I take it for granted. My wife whiskey throttled the SurRon once and after checking she was ok we both laughed pretty hard.
