Ugh,tell me about it. My Beta said it had a title and I didn't question it further. Was great to drive 14 hours to find out it was an MCO. WV dmv said they wouldn't touch it and that guy would have to have it titled first then transfer it. So yea, it may or may not being wearing my Husky's tag these days.

I feel for you, thus why I am extra careful when buying anything I plan to plate. Of over a dozen bikes I checked into only one had a proper title. Many thought when they paid off the loan the bank would send me a title...asked did you pay sales tax, no that is why I purchased out of state. Well you will not be getting any title. Blew my mind how many had loans for a toy that goes down in value faster than you pay it off. They were mad when dealer would not trade in for what they owe. Makes for good entertainment to hear the sob stories....
