I'm over 6'2" tall with pretty good upper body strength, and yet wrestling a bike onto a stand can still be an annoying act of "lift the bike using your whole body, shove the back end onto the stand with your hip, then shuffle the bike to get it centered." Megs Brapp says this is "for short people," but I'm going to use this method from now on. It's amazing, and I suspect faster than the "brute force" method!

That looks like a pretty easy method for getting the bike on a stand. But, if you've ever seen her in a tight fitting short sleeve shirt you'd know that she's built like a body builder. I wouldn't want to arm wrestle her.

Thanks for passing that along.
Wrestle.....you bet. Oh, arm wrestle.

Interesting. I wouldnt have thought to pick it up by the front.
I've been keeping up with her exploits through Facebook. She leads an interesting life on the road. She can definitely ride. Where are you guys riding this weekend?
