DAMN Riders - No rules, Just ride!

$3300 06 husky te 250 chassis with a smr450 motor. Chassis has only 600 miles on it, 450 motor just freshened $2500 13 klx140, very low hours, original knobbies are still sharp $2000 03 ttr250 needs a fuel tank repair or replace They all run great and can ride this weekend at Granville's

Can you bring the KLX to Granville's if it's not too much trouble? I want to see if the boy can fit on it yet or not. The bigger tires should make rolling over things easier for him.

He will fit. I put Jason on the 140 that has been in my shed for 2 years just this past Sunday and was shocked that he could flat-foot it; and I believe Brendan is even a little taller than Jason. Best get your wallet ready...

The kids are off of school on Monday and Tuesday so we are heading to Rock Run this weekend, leaving on Friday. Unfortunately, I can't get Jason's new quad to run right so he is being forced to ride the 140. You guys are welcome to join us on Sunday if you don't get enough riding in on Saturday; looks like it's only a couple hours from Granvilles.

Sorry Phoo, another dammrider has staked his claim on the kawi 140, wish i had more of them. its great that we have kids and new riders that need these types of bikes

Regarding fit on a KLX140, I put my daughter on a G model with the 21" front/18" rear and at 5'3" it was a little bit tall for her first manual tranny bike. A lowering link and dropping the forks about 3/4" got that sorted and she's having a ball on it. I don't know that she's going to get longer legs but as she gets more comfortable I can easily raise it back up to restore the ground clearance.

I still have the TTR250 for sale. Fixed the fuel tank issue and it is ready to ride. The TTR250 is sort of hard to find. It's electric start, 6 speed twin cam engine, aluminum wheels and linkage swingarm (as opposed to the more budget ttr225 etc). Its a plush, easy going trailbike.

I'm kinda surprised that hasnt sold yet. The old TTR250s were great. Very comparable to the XR250 (which people love for some reason...)
