Chatter? I am wondering if we will see them this year-With everything going on, it will be interesting to see when they actually start shipping them AND how the cost might be effected-Everything has changed (IRT costing I mean) so I wonder if they will be able to still sell them as planned/promised?

everything is going up (as all of you well are aware) and it will be interesting to see how this current world situation effects these. I am waiting for my car to get assigned a ship. It has all it's chip's but getting it here now from Germany is the issue.

The port of Brunswick has 32K cars at the various VPC's there and they can't get them delivered to the dealers in the SE due to truck/driver shortages. Dealers in Ga that usually have 100-125 cars only have about 20-25 on their lots, so all of this logistical and employment challenges will have an impact on the Stark's getting delivered I think-

Reports from the Spain test weekend dropped on YouTube last weekend. The videos look really good.

Looks like it’s still a year out but did receive an email from Kissell Motorsports that they are officially a Stark dealer

Stark just sent out an email to everyone saying deliveries are delayed and to login to check your order. Mine now shows 2023.Aug.31 :( I knew there was no way they'd meet the orig date. I'll keep waiting...

New orders are already pushing mid 2024. Wonder if the recent news have moved those even further out.

It's not really a competitor but the pricing for the SurRon Storm Bee has been set at $8500. Deliveries starting early next year. They are also years behind original delivery estimates.

Gah! I saw they sent an email but hadn't had a chance to read it, yet. It looked like a "normal newsletter" email so I didn't place high enough priority on opening it.

30 September, 2023.

I expected it to slip again, and I was hoping it would slip a little since they have had a Christmas Day delivery listed for a couple months. But a nine month slip, making it a year total? (Originally I was scheduled for delivery a week or two ago.)

I don't get these delivery dates. There's a thread on their FB page and I get that European orders will get theirs earlier, but the delivery dates and amount of time delayed across people in the US seems so random.

And it's looking like they *might* be filling orders via dealers before people who ordered theirs 10 months ago on faith!

My guess here-

They are doing this to make more money-they had to float alot of capital to get this off the ground, so they need to start making money ASAP and I bet you this will list much higher than 12G's at dealers

The markup will be huge. My buddy said he would wait to buy a used one. If the backlog for new is still 1.5yrs, used ones will likely be $18k+. You know some folks early in the order queue will definitely flip them.

It is unbelievable how much startup capitol they have.

I say that they were underpriced from the beginning. If they truly have the power and range they claim, its a 15-18000 dollar machine given the inflation and manufacturing turmoil they are up against. Altas were 14K in 2017, freeride E prices etc
