I was able to reload an avatar much easier thru Tapatalk. On the laptop or desktop it always prompts me that it has to be a certain size

I'm not sure what's going on with my avatar. I'm trying to figure out a way to make it no bigger than 200x200 and under the 49kb limit.

Not sure if other people are experiencing this or not, but any time I try and send a PM the message just hangs out in the outbox for hours/ days. In the description field for the message chilling in the outbox it describes it as being sent w/ the correct time but it doesn't move to the sent folder. It doesn't appear to actually send the message while in the outbox either (which would make sense).
