Looking for “Garden Art”

Sara would like some interesting things in her lawn garden. I suggested an old motorcycle. She really liked that idea.
So this bike will be placed outside and WILL succumb to the elements. So I need a bike with a blown motor/destroyed transmission. A bike that no normal person would want to resurrect.
I will probably also cut the top of the tank off and make it into a planter.
Free pickup of old bike…

Post WTB on Craigslist? Some serious rust buckets turn up there on occasion. I would think the even worse conditions ones people don't even list.

Maybe call around to JT's, Ellicott city Motorsports etc. and ask them if they have any old junker bikes they are wanting to get rid of. A lot of shops have old POS' sitting around and you might be doing them a favor by taking it?

I don't do Facebook, but you can look at McKees Sky Ranch, they did this a few years ago. I believe there was a picture of theirs. I also would like to do one with nice plantings that my wife picked.
