The uber light weight is great for the smaller bikes.

I also like that the Li type lose very little charge while sitting. I keep my WR in a shed w/out any power for a trickle charger. The bike can sit for months and still fire up.

Yup, also a great advantage. Unless your DRz has a parasitic draw and kills the battery in about 3 days..

And then in that case, it's good to have the BMS that you can reset and then start the bike :)

Stranded with dead battery at FRO about 1 mile from parking lot. Dropped a pin and texted. Bucho And smdub to the rescue

Sonny~ yeah Phil I’ll hold the bike upright while you do that
Phil~ you sure it’s ok just to hold with your fingers?!

after Stephen said, see Im holding it with my fingers. I was going to say yeah but some people are more susceptible to pain, then I decided to just keep my mouth shut and hold the bike upright like I'm suppose to

Ordered the ATZ-7 restart from Amazon last night $127..should arrive this morning. Thanks again for the help brother.

FWIW, UL considers anything <48V nominal touch safe. A 12V car/moto battery you can't feel touching it.

Installed the battery, voltage read out still reading 12.9V at idle and doesn’t move up revving.. guess I would kill this battery also. Ordered a regulator

Ordered an atz7 as well. Uhh, didn't realize extra crispy was an option? Waiting on a refund now and will buy from somewhere else.
