I used my buddies once and love these things! If you have a low height car or just want to be able to lift your car for maint etc., these are pretty sweet. Normally 1650 now on sale for 1365 w/free shipping. Can lift the car up 24inches. Plenty high for wheel/brake/shock stuff or to change the engine oil or the diff etc.

They're neat. I've looked at them before. If I had a garage, I'd probably have a set to work on oil changes on my Explorer that sits so low I can't even drive it onto standard maintenance ramps or raise the Suburban for working under easier. I don't think it would do much for my lifted 4Runner though.

That's the nice thing about my TJ. I can get on a roller and slide around under it with plenty of clearance.

Growing up, I had a goal to have a vehicle that I could work on the undercarriage without needing a jack, and that's what I got after I lifted my 4runner. Loved it. True, when I was a kid, I phrased it as "sit on a milk crate while working on the undercarriage," but I was actually more happy having enough room to roll around on a creeper and have tons of room between me and the truck.

My Ram, I can slide under there without a jack, but I can't use the creeper. :(

BTW, they specifically use a 4runner as their example for the bigger size, which is only $75 more -- https://www.quickjack.com/car-lifts/

There are ramps that work with lower cars, e.g., https://www.discountramps.com/car-repai ... p/CR-7214/
