I love this event! If you like oysters and beer, then this is for you! Family friendly and oysters any way you like them! They usually have a guy there selling MD stuffed ham too, always a long line at that vendor. Plenty of other vendors selling various arts and crafts etc. Make a nice ride out of it and cruise the back roads down to St Mary's County for the day. Cotton Candy and all the stuff for the kids.

57th Annual Oyster Festival – October 21-22, 2023 at St. Mary’s County Fairgrounds

Weather looks to be perfect for some oyster eatin' and beer drinking Saturday! I'll be there with hot sauce ready to chow down!

Looks amazing. I do love oysters. Unfortunately, this is championship season for my kids so I'm busy on saturdays. But hopefully next year things line up okay and I can join you!

DAMN man, I put this on my schedule as soon as you posted it up in August. This was parents visiting weekend at William & Mary where our too-smart-for-her-own-good teenager is in her first semester. So instead of munching on delicious raw oysters I was baking in the sun watching The Tribe barely squeak out a victory on the gridiron.

Those photos look pretty DAMN good.
