"Claimed power measured on an engine dynamometer is 77.5 hp at 9,750 rpm, with torque peaking at 46 lb.-ft. at 8,000, giving “linear, accessible power delivery.” With the optional Termignoni exhaust system, the numbers become 85 hp at 9,500 rpm, with 49 lb.-ft. of torque"

Man I bet that thing would be fun in a Motard setup-if it truly makes the power they say, that is about what my twin 800CC Duc makes!

Wow! I've been making due with sub 30hp in my WR250R. Almost three times that?!?!

They've also just announced the 698 Hypermotard making 77 HP from this single. When they get around to making a middle weight ADV bike it might be something pretty special. The US bound Transalp from Honda is a twin boasting 83 HP - another interesting bike in that class.
