Dualsporting Spanish Pyrenees

I think this is on my list for a “must do” ride/tour. Ive never been to Spain but Id like to. Its a 5 day dualsport ride in the Pyrenees. This particular tour there is no camping. First and last night are at a hotel. The middle nights are at little haciendas in the mtns.
Its fairly low budget. No chase trucks. Carry your own stuff. (But that should be minimal w/ hotels).

The tour doesnt rent bikes. Need to bring your own.

It looks like you could fly to Barcelona. Found a place that rents Honda CRF250Ls, then ride up to start point.

Ive only been able to find a few short vids. The riding doesnt look hard if you are a dirtbike rider. More of a beautiful dualsport tour in the mountains.

I wont be doing it 2024. But when I get it on my calendar, Ill try to give 9 months advance notice if anyone wants to come along.

Spain is SUPER! Many years ago GAIL and I did a low budget non-profit Tandem Bike group tour starting in Barcelona and going up the ridge of the Pyrenes to Biarritz with low budget overnight stops - except for one in Fabulous Castle! We have since done the same route in the other direction on the Goldwing. It was wonderful and Barcelona is a REALLY fun place with TONS of stuff to do/see/eat! :thumbup:

That looks absolutely amazing! I don't know that I could do a 2024 date, but this is definitely something I'd be interested in.

Im looking at this in 2025.

Offroad riding is pretty big in Spain. We could probably look harder if you want to rent something a little better than a CRF250L.
