+1 on a good find.
I like to use WD-40 sprayed on a rag to lube the tire.
Cleans the rubber surface and removes any moisture from between the tire and rim.
A shower cap over the disk brake keeps any lube from getting on the braking surface.
Best $150 spent was on my MRP tire stand (same as he was using), gotta save the back......

I think OldmanX was rubbing our nose in the fact he is a part time bike "parts monkey" and can score great deals THAT HE FORGETS TO LET HIS BUDS KNOW ABOUT. :frustrated:

I don't care what this guy says...it doesn't just "slip right on." Yeah, I am working on my technique...maybe after a couple hundred I'll be good at it. For now, the front tire is done and I'm paying someone at Pete's to do the rear. It was a much tighter fit than the original so it was a major pain.

Oh, and FYI...pay attention to tire directionality before you get too far. :wallbash:

Two good spoons / a tire stand and some lube in the correct places and it is that easy. Now getting a tubless trials tire to take air can be a different story.
