Michaux Dual Sport 2020 Update:
We are still planning to have the event this year at this point and are in a holding pattern to see what the decision of the State Forest is. Registration is being targeted to open on Saturday, May 2nd.

So——will you be holding registration May 2 as the most current info from ADVrider and DVTR webpage states?

The pre-reg date of May 2 is drawing near. I understand if the event has to be cancelled due to COVID. But I don’t want to miss my chance to at least be pre-registered, and deal with a refund or cancellation later.

We are still talking with DCNR about having the event but until the state of PA releases more info on large gatherings we cannot move forward with anything. It's all extremely frustrating but there's nothing we can do about it currently.

What time does reg typ open? (midnight, 8am, noon?)

My take is it will not open. If they can not get any discussion with the state foresters then hard to plan an event. Just my $.02 I feel sure they will post updates on ADV Rider.

It has been 8pm sometimes and 8am at others. There really is no set time.

Wouldn't it be ironic if they did open registration tomorrow and we missed it because we were dual sport riding in Michaux

I have my doubts they will be able to open registration. PA DCNR/BOF is not working, ergo no approvals.
