DAMN Riders - No rules, Just ride!

There's a DAMN good diner just down Rt 33. Forget the name of it. I think it's right around Mackville. Belongs to the same people have the wretched Smoke Hole Cavern and motel; which also has a place to eat, but that's a dive. Anyhoo, can get breakfast there.

At the risk of being overly optimistic, I'll say I'm in. I took off work, cleared it with the wife, and have a set of TKC's on the way for the big Italian lady.

Been going over the maps, going to translate to gps this weekend. Jason put together some good routes, mostly roads that I've been on...some I haven't and a few that I have aren't on there Anyways, he's got planned routes and alternates if we run short on time, etc. Not sure how many of you have ridden any of these out in wv., but you can get the general idea of how the locals handle these roads by just looking at their trucks, and cars. I kid not. So be aware around blind curves..this isn't GR. Expect them to be there because they won't be expecting us.

Also, I noticed that Jason had one route going directly through dolly sods. Not sure if anyone knows if this is still closed or open now. Hoping Mdubya will chime in since he's out that way. A few months ago I was up there and it was closed is why I ask.

ps. Greg...we'll be optimistic too and nominate you to ride along with me to get beer after setting up camp since you'll have the other beast with nice storage I didn't put all the beer on him out of the rare chance that he may back out and then we'd have none.

I don't drink, but I'll be happy to go on the beer run with you. Although if you guys are like my other friends, we'll need the Capo, the Strom, and a Goldwing pulling a trailer to carry it all.

sounds to me like ken wants to make the run by himself. so everyone on beer duty is now relieved. If that didn't backfire on him
