+1. With the JAT it's a no-brainer. I will try to find a place where we can camp the first and last night, but is also near lodging for those who would rather just grab a room. It might even be preferable for some to get rooms somewhere as we might then be able to ask to leave the vehicles there for the week. Jay Hall also has a nice enclosed trailer that could hold three bikes. He could haul this himself w/ his truck. Or like a past trip my van could pull it and the VANOWAR rig could take four people...
Not sure who else has rigs capable of taking more than two people. I'm sure plenty of people have a pickup bed or two bike trailer. But for splitting gas money its nice to have 3-4.

Got it. I've got a decent size camelback but I'll have to figure out a way to carry a bag. When we did a similar trip (shorter) a few years ago. I made do w/ just my timbuktoo messenger bag strapped to the little rack behind me and a few odds and ends in my camelback pack.
I now have some Stich tank panniers to work with as well.
