1996 Suzuki DR 350 se for sale with 4,900 miles. It is electric start and street legal. I have the legal Maryland DMV title.
I used to commute on it every day (3 miles each way) but now live too far from work. I've taken good care of it including regular oil changes.
It's in excellent condition and includes a few add-ons:
** FMF PowerCore IV Muffler
** Billet aluminum rack
** Service manual and several spare oil filters
Much of the bike was refurbished/replaced at about 2700 miles (3-4 years ago) including brakes, tires, rims.

The key word in that ad is "electric"

For those looking for something smaller with still some bite, or even an xt225 size bike, this isn't far off. A lot more umph then the xt, but still very confidence inspiring, light, and just an all around fun ride. Kath has a xt which she can obviously flat foot, and the balls of her feet touch on the 350. It's not like the xr650 or drz400 seat height..

Is that a good deal? I'd likely fix it up, ride it for a few days, then sell it. I just got the Jet Boat running again tonight, so I'm looking for a new pull-all-my-hair-out-and-curse-the-petrol-gods carb project. Idle hands disassemble marriages, and all that.

If I were you and I were looking for a project to flip, I'd fan $600 in cash in front of him and take it and work those idle hands and then flip it.

Done! Picked it up last night, had the bike running before we made it home. Washed it down today - not a bad specimen. Very little rust, runs strong, clutch is heavy as hell - probably not a good sign.
