Is this really that rough of a ride, to not be able to make day 2?

For all you slow guys, I plan on splitting off from Bucho, Grady et al and ride my own pace (slow). Trust me, it is slow cuz I'm lousy at single track. :ride:

You fast guys stay with Bucho (if you can). :whoop:

I have yet to see a dual sport ride in NJ that is rough.

:whip3: Must ride! fix bike over winter... :rayof:
As much as I subscribe to that theory, If there is a puddle of oil under your rear shock it is time to fix before riding....I have a few days off and the parts so I'm hoping to get it done as well as the honey-do list.
Oh well, looks like I'm screwed for this one. I was really looking forward to this ride. I took arpart the rear shock and this is what I found

A split in the air bladder.

'So since the forks have been leaking I figure I'll just get'er all done now.

It sucks not having a garage

Its not the ride but the rider. I'm extremely out of shape, and not even sure if I got my overheating issues sorted out on the 510 yet.

I hear you. Heres to hoping none of us have any (ride stopping) mechanical issues.

Change wheels - check
adjust rear brake - check
lube chain - check
top off oil - check
eyeball primary sprocket - hmmm... - check

my sprockets are definitely going to need replacement this winter. They aren't SallyDog worn but this will definitely be the last ride before I replace them.

Okay - the DAMN 450 is ready for Hammer Time! :rayof:
