Thanks for a great ride Sallydog

y'all will have to wait for others to post pics and vids - one of the really tight trails we rode had pine limbs attacking you from either side and one of them slapped the camcorder right off my helmet! :fitz:

One chigger. Didn't scratch it. Went away. Interesting link on chiggers. I didn't know that everything I thought I knew about chiggers was myth. Only myth I'd ever heard about a chigger concerned a guy who plays incredible golf and has an incredibly hot wife. It was the myth where they say money can't buy happiness.

Here's a neat thing I got this weekend, now pasted on Biffy's tank:

Here's the best thing I saw this weekend, pasted on the Wasp:

My favorite new motto.

Here's the best thing I saw on the way back, yesterday afternoon:
Image
Parked next to a 37 Ford for sale only $22,500.

By the way, seven cops on the way there, including two doing business, Eight cops on the way back, including four surrounding one handcuffed young chap who apparently fit the profile.

I want to pack my gear via motorcycle to a beautiful place, drop a line in a trout stream, ride to a scenic overlook, hike in mossy woods, yack till late around a campfire, listen to a gurgling stream all night, see a fawn at dawn. The word "barrens" is not apt to be in the name of that place. It doesn't need woops, just trails. My zip feels sapped; I want zen. Heaven bent for nature, not hell bent for leather. Anyone like minded, gimme a shout; let's rustle up a dual sport that doesn't require body armor.

It was a great time. I wish it was a little closer.
Thanks Sallydog for hosting us and thank your buddy Denny again. It was awesome to follow him through all his crazy trails the first day.
I know Shane and Tony are editing, but keep the helmet video coming. Its super cool to watch that stuff afterwards.

I'd love to see footage of the night ride that Tony, Jeff, and I did...
