Have you ridden this one Ken?

Lot's of good trails?

Does it stick close to Boyer Farm?

Good knobbies required?

Who is going?

I've not done their DS ride. Can't make this one tho - doing the HU Unlimited meeting the week prior and going to Ohio to meet my brother for the Nutcracker 200 (DS ride) the weekend after

I am trying to move a previous committment I have for this same weekend and if I can I am very interested in this. I have never been to Boyer Farm but constantly hear a lot of good stuff about it so I would like to check it out....

THIS IS NOT A DUAL SPORT, it is a Charity trail ride at Boyers farm on Boyer Trails....

With that said, you could ride a DS bike there and have alot of fun camping and hanging out. I'd be careful dropping into the farthest valley on a big bike! While alot of the trails you could ride a big bike on, some are pretty technical but there are ways around.

If it is dry, DS tires are fine. If it is wet, knobs will be desired!

Camping is primitive, so bring everything you might need. Romney WVa. is only 7-8 miles away, so you can slip into a nearby town for supplies.

If you have never been to this one, it is a fun weekend, family friendly and great trails.

Bikes need to be plated? AMA required?

It should need no plate nor AMA card. It's all private property and they don't even have an AMA logo on the flyer. I was there last year. It was a good time, though it was *roasty* hot that day.
