Maybe we'll have to get out there before the quads find their way onto the "single track only" trails.

Yep, especially since the quads have ridden all they can ride until they get to something impassable (for them). So many ST trails have become out-and-backs for those people. ><

I have heard newer riders complaining that single track is “too hard” and they dont like it. I remember explaining to them that if the single track is too easy than usually quads can ride it too, and it just becomes another piece of double track

That looks like it alternates between "not single track" and "wtf is the trail?" I hope it's better in person. Some of it looked pretty good, but a lot of it... I don't know.

Yeah, when I saw that video, you can see the little backhoe they used to make trail. Laying trail that wide just makes it Quad trail and not real single track. There will be quads all over that trail system, they make the trail too DAMN wide in my opinion.
For families and such, I get it, you can have a lot of varied skilled riders be able to ride them, but for real trail riders, I think I'd rather go to Kairos or the like- or go to Michigan! Or do a mega trip to Moab and Idaho! Now that is SINGLE TRACK!
