Edit: Parking will be on the Maryland side, in the field next to the red barn.
I open the gate at 0930. Please arrive after 0930

I've been working on a new loop and it has been great to have some help.

Next Saturday on 1/17, I'll be out there trying to get more work done. Maybe even finish it! I'd love to have some help. We've been doing a couple hours of work, then taking a break for lunch. Then riding for the rest of the afternoon.

Will probably be something like 0930 show up/park and 1000 start.

This will also be an R&T club work/ride. Depending on how many people are planning on coming we may park down by the red barn in the field.
The area where we are working isn't very close to parking. Bring tools you can carry on your bike.

If you are interested in coming please sign up here.

Please bring some sort of trail tool to help. Hand saws arent the best thing to bring. Some sort of “loppers” can do the vast majority of the work.

These are pretty ideal. The 15" size will fit in most hydro packs. I've seen some guys slip one of the handles into the top of their moto boots and somehow that works too.

A chainsaw or two is always handy but it has to be carried on the bike.

I was out there yesterday doing some trailwork before the rains came.

These pics dont really show the slope. A fun section.

It's on my calendar. I have a new-to-me KTM four stroke I need to test ride. Or maybe I can get off my ass and finish putting my Beta back together. It's only got a couple hours of work, at most.

We’ll have a chilly start but it should be decent weatherwise.

Im glad a few brave souls will be coming out to help work and do some riding.
