It has linkage, 18" rear wheel, 9.5L tank, EFI, 6-speed gearbox and a kickstarter added with the e-start. (no big surprises here)
The big outstanding questions still are:
- When will North America dealers see them? (have heard they will hit our dealers around mid-late Jan or early Feb)
- What's the price?
- Where's the XCFW? (Maybe a Husaburg?)

Interesting technique of using the foot to help in the turn - kinda like I used to do on a snow sledbrappp wrote:

Lots of cool bikes---
Re: 2011 KTM 350 XCF - [Photos and Parts Manual]
Sorry, I just do not get it
Husky has had FI for a number of years, Husaberg nailed it out of the box, the jap MX bikes has been using FI with good results.
KTM finally drags it's ass to the party with FI and only uses it on a MX bike.
They act like they bugs must be worked out before going to the mass market. Oh please, for craps sake my Montesa trials bike had a perfect working FI system that did not need any battery, that was back in 05 and on a trials bike.
Ossa has a FI 2-stroke trials bike that I hope we get to see imported to the US.
Not a KTM basher, have owned them and will probably own again in the future, hell I have a Berg so that is at least 50%+ KTM.
Sorry for the rant, I just get sick of seeing when "Big Orange" thows something on the market everyone chugs the orange koolaid and jumps on the band wagon.
OK, off my soap box now.
Let the flaming begin.

I won't buy another KTM unless it has FI - or any bike from any manufacturer for that matter.

Re: 2011 KTM 350 XCF - [Photos and Parts Manual]
Really not too different from what Suzuki did. They put FI on the RMZ450 - not street legal - but the DRZ400 still has a carb. From all the reviews I have read they got this spot on right out of the box. Not that I would go out and trade my dizzer if they did but I still scratch my head at the decisions made by the factory.
F*** work.

Re: 2011 KTM 350 XCF - [Photos and Parts Manual]
that is incorrect - the 2011 350 XCF is scheduled to be at north american dealers (who ordered them) in 2 to 3 weeks.. Andy G (who we both ride with) was the first KTM customer of MFI (shameless plug: the newest KTM/Husaburg dealer in the US, conveniently located here in Northern VA - Woodbridge, VA - http://www.themfi.com/) and he is scheduled to have his 2011 350 XCF mid January before Sumter..Firebolter wrote:only crossers coming in for now
as for the 350 XCFW, i have not heard anything on it yet.. i would however like to see a Husaburg 350 W (like they did with the 2-strokes in europe last year, included all the better parts from the XC, but added the W transmission), then make that bitch 50-state street legal out of the box like the Husky TE line.. can you say $$$kaaachinggggg$$$
