Ovo, did you need a heat gun to help stretching the cover? I called seat concepts today, no answer, I guess I'll just place an order on-line. Really want a new seat but not willing to have bike down 2 weeks.
Thanks for your reply!

I'll have the results soon, but thru some contacts, I found a guy who works outta his house in laurel, who does custom apolstry (sp?). He has done custom hot rod seats, but his bread an butter is doing restaurant seats. I gave him my old seat and should have it in a week.

If I remember correctly - we used a hair dryer to warm the leather up a bit, then just glued it and stapled it...It been fine for the last couple of hundred of miles...

Use some 777 spray contact cement to bond the foam to the seat pan.
Warm the cover some, best if you can let the cover strech a bit for a day prior. Hang from one end and add weight to the other and place in a warm area prior.
The biggest thing is have an air gun and proper staples (I purchased mine direct from Gutts / Harbor Freight would work fine also). I find the T-50 staples just do not cut it.
Then just take your time pulling tight as you add staples.
I staple solid all the way around and double up in areas that will have more pull than others.
Ovo's came out looking like a custom "bark-o-lounger", just needs a cup holder for the beer to be complete.
