We typically do the same, hit Nicks supermarket and get meat cut to size. That was on a pinch and was blown away on current prices for pre packaged cuts which are bad to start with, let alone the smell of them just opening it up.
Any case this wraps up my not so hyper mile driving week but a more moderate style driving during the daily grind. Managed to tick off extra 3mpg per gallon, in my case an extra 60 miles on a tankful for the week. If I can keep that up for a year, I’ll break even on our 3000 mile Canada Maritime road trip this upcoming week. [emoji38]
